Executive Team
Charles has over twenty years experience implementing management and financial systems for companies in Ghana and UK. He is a product of the University of Derby (UK) and holds an MBA from Manchester business school (UK). He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA) UK and a member of ICA (GH). Charles has recently completed an Executive programme with Harvard University (USA) and an ACCPAC Certified Consultant. He is the managing Consultant in charge of operational effectiveness and business information systems.
Chibuzor Ifeanyi
Chibs is a chartered management accountant with a wide
finance and systems background and has held senior position
in various blue-chip organizations including Coca Cola,
Northern Foods and BBC where he held the post of finance
manager in charge of BBC1 and BBC2, which had a combined
transmission budget of $1.2billion. He has recently
completed one of the largest ERP implementations in
Europe for the BBC in joint venture with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Chibs also has an MBA in financial studies and Msc in
Business Systems from the university of Nottingham and
City University respectively. He is the partner of Strategic
Planning and financial re-engineering.
Nana Baffour Gyewu
Nana is our partner in charge of financial advisory
services. Nana Baffour is a seasoned and a reputable
financial consultant with over 5years experience in
the fields of Investment Banking, Corporate Finance,
and credit ratting. Before joining Credit Suisse First
Boston (CSFB) as a senior analyst, Nana had worked at
Standard Poor as a credit analyst and at Chase as a
Financial Analyst. He is a qualified CFA and has an
MBA from Stern business school (NYU) and an Msc in Financial
Economics from North Carolina.

Edward Ato Sarpong
Eddy is our partner in charge of forensic audit and inves- tigations,
before joining Africaonline as finance
manager and currently the General Manager. He had worked
for Ernst & Young as an audit manager for over 5 years.
His “hands on approach” to investigation
earned him a number of in-house awards. He is a member
of the Institute of Chartered Accountant (GH) and a
product of the Institute of Professional Studies (Legon)
